HDB series hydraulic operating mechanism with disk spring accumulator
HDB series spring hydraulic operating mechanism adopts disc spring as energy storage component which replaces traditional nitrogen energy storage cylinder. Disc spring possesses excellent force characteristic and is not influenced by ambient temperature. It is with large storage capacity, and can apply for higher system pressure when compared with nitrogen storage operating mechanism. Therefore the disc spring energy storage hydraulic mechanism is more compact and stable operating characteristic.
This product series consists of 6 models : HDB-1A/1B, HDB-2, HDB-3, HDB-5, HDB-8 and HDB-11. They can be delivered either in the mode of complete type or extension type.
Hydraulic mechanism possesses simple operating principle, the open cavity of working tank piston is normally at high pressure, and open cavity area is less than close cavity area, through two stages selector valve changes the close side pressure ( low pressure pass oil tank or high pressure pass energy storage tank ) to achieve mechanism open / close operation.
